Hello everyone,

I’ve been reflecting on ways to invite more peace and spiritual focus into my life. Lately, I’ve felt a bit drained by the middle of the week, and I want to start a practice that centers my mind and heart.

I read about wednesday morning blessings and wondered if anyone here has experience with this tradition. How do you incorporate gratitude, prayer, or meditation into your Wednesday mornings?
